Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 13485 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by 13485 through this website or its related applications, you fully and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 13485 as the platform operator. They cover all aspects of platform use, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, game usage, and all other interactions with the platform.

Account Creation & Security Responsibilities

Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at any time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Information provided during registration — including full name, phone number, and banking details — must be accurate and up to date. 13485 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm account authenticity.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. 13485 will never ask for your password via email or direct message.

If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account until you report the breach to us.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the following guidelines.

  • Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
  • Depositing funds from a bank account in your own name
  • Accessing the platform from your personal device
  • Reporting technical issues or transaction problems to customer support
Prohibited Activities

  • Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity

Legal Obligations

Deposits, Withdrawals & Transaction Policy

All financial transactions on the 13485 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), DuitNow, and other local payment options available at the time of the transaction.

Users may only deposit funds using payment methods registered in their own name. Using third-party accounts for deposits or withdrawals is prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to applicable verification requirements. 13485 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request if there are signs of suspicious activity or failure to meet identity verification requirements.

Any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. 13485 does not bear any costs arising from third parties involved in the transaction process.

13485 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the user's active account balance at the time the claim is made. Game outcomes generated by the system are final, subject to the established review policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 13485 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 13485 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links

The 13485 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to the respective third party's terms.

Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

13485 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of:

  • Violation of any terms outlined in this document
  • Activities suspected of fraud or money laundering
  • Multiple account registrations by the same individual
  • Using unauthorised bots or automated software
  • Failure to complete identity verification within the stipulated timeframe

Valid balances in accounts closed for non-fraudulent reasons will be returned to the user once the investigation and verification process is complete. 13485 bears no obligation to restore balances in accounts closed due to a breach of terms.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

13485 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent update will be displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the 13485 platform shall be resolved through channels designated by the platform's management, subject to relevant legal provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted to the extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
